BLACK
Black sits on a chair
in front of a computer screen
braiding her hair.
She hums
in the wind
and swims
in the ocean.
She likes sweet candy
and loves the night sky
because it’s black.
Black feels like a big couch,
a small soccer ball,
a blanket with stars.
