__________

Why do you like to write poetry?

Kaye Marion Campbell: “Because it expresses me and it helps my mind go free and my imagination be better because poetry is really fun and you don’t have to write periods or things like that but I choose to and people can just write their own way.”

THE WHISPERING OF THE WIND

I listen I hear. I
Close my eyes.
The wind the
Wind is talking.
It says come
Come live. Come
Rejoice. I run
To tell grandma.
Maybe not. A
Secret is a secret
No matter how
Small.
